This sensor is part of the QS18 Expert series and offers a sensing distance of up to 300mm with infrared (IR) light for detection. It features a pre-wired 30ft / 9m cable with bare end flying leads for connectivity and supports a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The QS18EP6W W/30 is equipped with one digital output (PNP transistor) and boasts a quick response time of 0.6ms. Its rectangular shape and IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection make it suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
