QS18VP6LAFQ1 Banner Proximity Sensors

Banner Engineering QS18VP6LAFQ1 is an adjustable-field Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C and features a background suppression system with screw adjustment for fine-tuning. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector, ensuring easy integration into various systems. Part of the QS18..AF mechanically adjustable background suppression series, it offers a high degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, suitable for demanding environments. The sensor requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in a durable thermoplastic with an acrylic lens. It has a sensing distance range of 30 to 150mm and emits visible red light for detection. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, with a digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and a rapid response time of 0.7ms / 0.0007 s, making it suitable for high-speed applications.
