Banner Engineering SLE30B6V W/30 is a programmable photo-electric slot / optical fork sensor from the SLE30 Expert series. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is designed with TEACH mode for versatile application. It comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy installation. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc being nominal. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for challenging environments. The sensor's slot shape has a net width of 30mm, and it features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for connectivity. With a sensing distance of 30mm and a rapid response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s, it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes for flexible application in detecting objects.
