Banner Engineering T18-2VPFF100IR-Q8 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the T18-2 series, designed with a background suppression system. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector. This sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. It offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP68, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary), and provides a sensing distance of 100mm.
