NIDEC SP1204-EZ is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) with an E.Z. Motion module and single Safe Torque Off (STO) feature, designed for air cooling. It has a frame size of 1, measuring H15.2" x W3.93" x D8.62" (H386mm x W100mm x D219mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 200Vac-240Vac (220Vac / 230Vac). The rated current is 11A for Normal duty and 10.6A for Heavy-duty applications. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol, with a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (Supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). The SP1204-EZ features 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x additional digital inputs (0-24Vdc). Analog interface includes 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) with 16-bit conversion resolution, and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with 10-bit conversion resolution, along with 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) also with 10-bit conversion resolution. It is designed for a 3-phase input network, with rated active power of 3kW (Normal duty) and 2.2kW (Heavy-duty), equivalent to 3HP for both Normal and Heavy-duty operations.
