NIDEC SP3202 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size of 3, measuring H15.32" x W9.84" x D10.23" (H389mm x W250mm x D260mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 200Vac-240Vac (220Vac / 230Vac). The rated current is 54A under normal duty and 42A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol, with a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). The SP3202 includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x additional digital inputs (0-24Vdc). Analog interface options include 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) with 16-bit conversion resolution and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with 10-bit conversion resolution, alongside 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) also with 10-bit conversion resolution. It is designed for a 3-phase input network, with rated active power of 15kW (Normal duty) and 11kW (Heavy-duty), corresponding to rated power of 20HP (Normal duty) and 15HP (Heavy-duty).
