NIDEC SP3201-EZ is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with an E.Z. Motion module and a single Safe Torque Off (STO) feature, utilizing air cooling for temperature management. This device is housed in a frame size 3, measuring H15.32" x W9.84" x D10.23" (H389mm x W250mm x D260mm), and supports a supply voltage range of 200Vac-240Vac (220Vac / 230Vac). It is capable of delivering a rated current of 42A under normal duty and 31A under heavy-duty conditions. The SP3201-EZ is designed for wall-mounted installations and operates efficiently within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C. It offers an IP20 NEMA 1 degree of protection and communicates via the Modbus RTU RS-485 protocol. The network frequency ranges from 48-65 Hz for supply input and 0-550 Hz for output. It features 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x additional digital inputs (0-24Vdc). The analog interface includes 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc to 9.8Vdc; differential) with a 16-bit conversion resolution and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc to 9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 10-bit conversion resolution, alongside 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc to 10Vdc; single-ended; source) also with a 10-bit conversion resolution. It supports a 3-phase input network and is rated for an active power of 11kW (15HP) under normal duty and 7.5kW (10HP) under heavy-duty conditions.
