NIDEC SP3202-HF is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for high frequency applications up to 3000Hz max. in an open-loop configuration with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size 3, measuring H15.32" x W9.84" x D10.23" (H389mm x W250mm x D260mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 200Vac-240Vac (220Vac / 230Vac). The rated current is 54A under normal duty and 42A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and offers a degree of protection of IP20 NEMA 1. Communication is facilitated via Modbus RTU RS-485, supporting a network frequency of 48-65 Hz on supply input and 0-3000 Hz on output. It includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc). The analog interface comprises 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 10-bit conversion resolution, along with 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) also with a 10-bit conversion resolution. It is designed for a 3-phase input network and delivers a rated active power of 15kW under normal duty and 11kW under heavy-duty, equivalent to 20HP and 15HP respectively.
