Pilz PILZ-890160 is a protection unit designed for true power monitoring with a relay that supports 9 different measuring ranges. It features adjustable switching for underload and overload thresholds, along with customizable monitoring reaction time and start-up suppression time. This unit is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. It has a net height of 87 mm and is designed to measure from 0 percent, with a rated current of 18A for measuring current. The safety output contacts ratings vary from 0.1A-5A at 24Vdc (DC-1; 120W) and 240Vac (AC-1; 1200VA) to 0.1A-1.5A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 0.1A-1.8A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is made through fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage ranges from 27.5-264.5Vac for AC and 93.5-287.5Vdc for DC, accommodating various nominal voltages.
