Schneider Electric TSXP57103M is a CPU unit designed with a PL7 processor for Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU processor module applications. It supports a structure of 1 master task, 1 fast task, and 32 event tasks with system overhead times of 0.8ms for fast tasks and 1.5ms for master tasks. The unit features 2 x 8-pin mini-DIN (female) connectors for programming and peripheral device connections, labeled TER and AUX respectively. It operates on a supply voltage range of 85-264Vac (100-240Vac nominal, non-isolated) or 18-31.2Vdc (24Vdc nominal, non-isolated) and 18-62.4Vdc (24-48Vdc nominal, isolated), all internally supplied via rack. Designed for backplane or rack mounting, it operates within an ambient air temperature range of +32...+140°F / 0...+60 °C. The memory capacity includes 32k words (RAM for program and data), expandable with a PCMCIA card up to 128k words for additional data storage. It has an IP20 degree of protection and uses the AS-interface communication protocol. The current consumption is 440mA at 5Vdc, and it can connect to 512 x digital I.O. channels, 24 x analog I.O. channels, 1 x network module, 2 x AS-interface buses, and up to 4 x local racks or 2 x local racks with 12 slots, including 8 x application-specific channels. Storage conditions range from -13...+158°F / -25...+70 °C with a humidity tolerance of 10-95% (operation) and 5-95% (storage) without condensation. Processing speeds vary with and without a PCMCIA card, achieving up to 1.52k instructions/ms at 100% Boolean without the card and processing times as low as 500ns / 0.0005 ms for Boolean operations without a PCMCIA card.
