Schneider Electric TSXP57303AM is a CPU unit designed with a PL7 processor for Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications. It features a structure that supports 1 master task, 64 event tasks, and 1 fast task with system overhead times of 0.29ms for the fast task and 1.15ms for the master task. The unit is equipped with two 8-pin mini-DIN female connectors, one marked TER for connecting a programming or adjustment terminal and another marked AUX for connecting a peripheral device. It operates on a supply voltage range of 85-264Vac (100-240Vac nominal, non-isolated) or 18-31.2Vdc (24Vdc nominal, non-isolated) and 18-62.4Vdc (24-48Vdc nominal, isolated), all internally supplied via rack. The memory capacity is 64k words (RAM for program and data), expandable with a PCMCIA card to 80k words (RAM for data), 384k words (RAM for program), and 2688k words (additional data storage). It has an IP20 degree of protection and supports PROFIBUS and AS-interface communication protocols. The current consumption is 1000mA at 5Vdc, and it can connect to 1024 digital I.O. channels, 128 analog I.O. channels, 3 network modules, 2 Interbus or Profibus DP buses, and 8 AS-interface buses, supporting up to 16 local racks and 32 application-specific channels. The unit is designed to operate in humidity levels of 10-95% (without condensation) and can be stored in conditions of 5-95% humidity. Its processing speed varies with and without a PCMCIA card, achieving up to 6.57k instructions/ms at 100% Boolean without the card and processing times as low as 120ns per Boolean operation without the card.
