Turck PS001R-303-2UPN8X-H1141/S1685 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It offers a variety of measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. This sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It features a 34mm diameter cylindrical body, constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, along with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The connection type is a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port. Part of the PS300 series, it has an IP69K degree of protection, operates with a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and supports a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. The sensor's operating modes are programmable to be either Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC), and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The sensor's current consumption is 50mA, and it features time delays for both ON-delay and OFF-delay settings ranging from 0-50.
