Turck PS025V-303-2UPN8X-H1141/S1262 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It offers a variety of measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. This sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It features a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. The PS300 series sensor is protected by an IP69K degree of protection and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It supports a pressure range of -1 to +25bar (-14.5 to +362.5psi) and utilizes the IO-Link communication protocol. The operating modes are programmable to be either Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC), and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The sensor has a supply voltage requirement of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal), a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz, and features an analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with a response time of <3ms, and repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range. The sensor's response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, and it has a control circuit rated current of 200mA with a current consumption of 50mA. Time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay can be set from 0 to 50.
