Turck PS400R-304-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with programmable relative pressure sensor capabilities. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a 34mm diameter. It is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded male process port for connections. Part of the PS300 series, it offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's cylindrical body is made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, including the housing, wetted parts, and pressure connection, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It can measure pressure ranges from 0 to +400bar (0 to +5800psig) and supports IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms. It features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc; can be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), with set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, and it has a time delay for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings of 0-50.
