About the product
Banner Engineering DXM150-B2R3 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting with a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. This controller features dimensions of H93.9mm x W156mm x D94.6mm. It is equipped with 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 8 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; PNP/NPN; 100mA), and 10 digital inputs, which include 2 isolated inputs (12-30Vdc) and 8 inputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) that can also function as 8 analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). The DXM150-B2 series controller utilizes a 100MHz processing speed suitable for high I/O count applications and incorporates FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology with a SAM4 processor. Connection types include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector. It supports a supply voltage range of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.) and communicates via RS-485 Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP protocols. The controller has a memory capacity of 2MB (on-board) and supports an 8GB SD card. It operates on a 2.4GHz ISM band frequency with a 65mW radio (PE5 performance radio; worldwide), capable of a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power.
