Banner Engineering EZLSA-HTE-R23-770-F is a safety light curtain designed for hand detection with a resolution of 23mm and a protective height of 770mm. It features a FDA-approved hygienic polycarbonate (PC) housing, PVC cable, and stainless steel end cap, making it suitable for environments requiring stringent hygiene standards. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, IP67, and IP69K, ensuring durability against dust, water, and high-pressure washdowns. It emits infrared (IR) light and has a response time of 14.2ms. The device includes 2 digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) for connectivity. It is capable of sensing distances from 10cm to 8.4m and is part of the LS series type 4 safety light curtain in an IP69K hygienic housing.
