About the product
Banner Engineering K50ANFF100GREQ, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a pick-to-light device designed with a fixed field infrared (IR) sensing LED illumination for optical sensing applications. This unit features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for connectivity. The supply voltage ranges from 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage. It offers versatile mounting options including surface, base pole M30, and 1/2" NPSM thread, with a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. The device operates effectively in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and boasts a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation for output only, and a mispick light (R; Red) for inactive job inputs, alongside a NO (Normally Open) touch output. The K50ANFF100GREQ features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; NPN) for JOB color control and 2 x digital outputs (12-30Vdc; NPN) for Touch and Mispick, with a sensing distance of 100mm.
