K50APTGRCQ-97107 Banner Pick-to-Light Sensors

Banner Engineering K50APTGRCQ-97107, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with LED illumination. This product features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for connectivity. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and can be mounted via surface or base pole with an M30 thread. The dome diameter measures 50mm / 2 inches. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and IP69K. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, and touch activates the output and sensing light (R; Red) with a Normally Open (NO) touch output. The current consumption is 75mA. Additionally, it features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch functionality.
