About the product
Banner Engineering K50RPLPGREQ is a pick-to-light component from the EZ-LIGHT series designed for optical sensing. It features a polarized retro-reflective sensing I.O. block compatible LED illumination within a black housing and a dome window shape. The material used for both the diffused window and base is Polycarbonate (PC). This part is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc being nominal. The K50RPLPGREQ can be mounted via surface / base M30 / 1/2" NPSM thread, and has a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activates output only, touch with inactive job input activates mispick light (R; Red), and NC (Normally Closed) touch output. It has a current consumption of 75mA, includes 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, and offers a 2m sensing range. Additionally, it features 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Mispick.
