About the product
Banner Engineering M18-4NAES-2M is a photo-electric sensor from the M18-3 (stainless steel) series designed for through-beam system applications with opposed mode potentiometer adjustment. It features a visible red light with a wavelength of 645 nm and is housed in a durable stainless steel with an acrylic lens. This sensor is shaped in an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel design and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The M18-4NAES-2M offers a sensing distance of 25m and a quick response time of 1.5ms / 0.0015 s. It is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 and IP69K, ensuring its operation in challenging environments. The thread size for mounting is M18.
