Banner Engineering PBF2.54SMTT is a fiber optic sensor designed for diffuse-reflective system applications, featuring a ferrule end tip and bifurcated fiber in-line sensing. This sensor operates at an ambient air temperature of up to +70°C. It is part of the Plastic fiber series and has a cylindrical (smooth) end tip shape. The sensing end is made of stainless steel, while the fiber is plastic with a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath. The diameter of the sensing end is 4.1mm, and the fiber core diameter is 0.5mm. The total length of the sensor is 6ft / 2m.
