Banner Engineering Q4XFNCOD310-Q8 is a photo-electric sensor designed for clear object detection with an adjustable-field class 1 laser. It features a flush face housing for mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C. This sensor is equipped with a background/foreground suppression system that utilizes TEACH mode for configuration. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. Part of the Q4X series, it offers a high degree of protection rated at IP67, IP68, and IP69K, making it resistant to various chemicals. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It has a rectangular shape with a stainless steel housing and an acrylic LED window. The sensing distance ranges from 35mm to 310mm, utilizing a visible class 1 red laser with a wavelength of 655 nm. It includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor) and features protection functions against overload and short-circuit.
