Banner Engineering Q4XFPCOD310-Q8 is a photo-electric sensor designed for clear object detection with an adjustable-field class 1 laser. It features a flush face housing for mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C. This sensor incorporates a background/foreground suppression system with TEACH mode for enhanced detection capabilities. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. Part of the Q4X series, it offers a high degree of protection rated at IP67, IP68, and IP69K, making it resistant to various chemicals. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from stainless steel housing and an acrylic LED window. The sensing distance ranges from 35 to 310mm, utilizing a visible class 1 red laser with a wavelength of 655 nm. It includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor) and is equipped with protection functions against overload and short-circuit.
