About the product
Banner Engineering S22AMTFGRET is a pick-to-light sensor designed with hygienic considerations, utilizing FDA-grade materials for both its copolyester diffused window and housing. This sensor features a 22mm diameter button, a screw-clamp terminal connection, and is housed in a gray casing. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and can be flush mounted in a 22mm hole. The S22AMTFGRET is capable of functioning in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a high degree of protection with IP66, IP67, and IP69K ratings. Its design includes a flat window and a threaded cylindrical barrel shape. The sensor provides one digital output for touch (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) and one for mispick detection (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN), alongside a digital input for JOB color control (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN). It features a capacitive touch-sensitive interface, with an operating mode that includes a momentary job light (green) that activates with job input, touch activation for output, and a mispick light (red) for inactive job inputs, with a normally open touch output. The current consumption is rated at 80mA.
