About the product
Banner Engineering S22AMTSGRE is a pick-to-light sensor designed with LED illumination and capacitive touch-sensitive technology. It features a polycarbonate (PC) diffused window and base, with a 22mm diameter button. This part is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft 5-wire cable terminated with bare end flying leads and comes in a black housing. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nominal) and is designed for flush mounting in a 22mm hole. The S22AMTSGRE can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP66, IP67, and IP69K. Its shape is characterized by a flat window and a threaded cylindrical barrel. This part provides 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for touch and 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for mispick, with a current consumption of 80mA. Additionally, it includes 1 x digital input (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for JOB color control. The operating mode is momentary, with a green job light indicating active job input, and touch activation only occurs with output or activates a red mispick light when the job input is inactive. The touch output is normally open (NO).
