About the product
Banner Engineering SLLE23-490-S is a safety light curtain from the LS-S series type 4 safety light curtains designed for hand detection with a resolution of 23mm. This emitter alone unit features an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and zinc end caps, ensuring durability. It comes with an Integral Removable Disconnect (RD) for easy connection and has a protective height of 490mm. The housing is colored yellow for visibility. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C. This part offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The net dimensions are 36mm in width, 495mm in height, and 45mm in depth. It features a 23mm beam spacing/pitch and includes 1 x digital output (24Vdc; sourcing/PNP transistor; 70mA) for emitter fault indication. The sensing distance ranges from 10cm to 12m, with a response time of 10.8ms / 0.0108 s.
