Banner Engineering SLLE40-560-S is a safety light curtain from the LS-S series type 4 safety light curtains designed for arm detection with a resolution of 40mm. This emitter alone unit features an aluminium housing, acrylic lens, and zinc end caps, ensuring durability. It comes with an Integral Removable Disconnect (RD) connection type and is housed in a yellow casing. The protective height of the unit is 560mm, with overall dimensions of 36mm in width, 564mm in height, and 45mm in depth. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C. The SLLE40-560-S offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It has a 40mm beam spacing/pitch, a sensing distance ranging from 10cm to 12m, and a response time of 8.2ms. Additionally, it features 1 x digital output (24Vdc; sourcing/PNP transistor; 70mA) for emitter fault detection.
