About the product
Banner Engineering VS1AP5C10 is a photo-electric sensor designed with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP54 and NEMA 3, suitable for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +55°C. This sensor operates in a Light-ON NO (Normally Open) mode and features 1 x digital output utilizing a PNP transistor. It boasts a rapid response time of 1ms / 0.001 s and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. The rectangular-shaped sensor operates at a wavelength of 865 nm, emitting infrared (IR) light, and requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc being nominal. Designed in a convergent mode, it has a sensing distance of 10mm. This sensor is part of the VS1 series, emphasizing its function as a photo-electric sensor.
