About the product
Banner Engineering VS2KRP5V is a photo-electric sensor with a thermoplastic housing MABS lns. and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and features a dark-ON NO (Normally Open) operating mode. This sensor is equipped with 1 x digital output (PNP transistor) and boasts a response time of 1ms (ON) and 0.5ms (OFF). It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy installation. The rectangular-shaped sensor operates with a visible red light at a wavelength of 660 nm. It is designed for a through-beam system / opposed mode with a sensing distance of 1.2m. The VS2KRP5V, part of the VS2 series, is powered by a supply voltage ranging from 10Vdc to 30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and functions as a photo-electric array (emitter + receiver pair).
