Festo PUN-H-4x0.75-TBL is a plastic pneumatic air tubing or hose designed for a variety of applications requiring the transfer of air under pressure. It operates effectively within an ambient air temperature range of -35 to +60 degrees Celsius. This tube is crafted with a 52D +/-3 Shore hardness and is food-safe, complying with FDA standards. It offers compatibility with 2.6mm I.D. push-in connectors, 4mm O.D. push-in connectors, and 3mm I.D. barbed connectors with union nut, making it versatile for different connection types within the PUN-H series. The dimensions of this tube are D2.6mm I.D. and D4mm O.D., ensuring a precise fit for specified connectors. It is resistant to chemicals and hydrolysis, thanks to its construction from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPE-U(PU)), which is also copper and PTFE-free, as well as halogen-free, ensuring no harmful substances are released during its use. The tubing is translucent yellow, allowing for visual inspection of the air flow and any potential blockages. It can withstand a pressure range of -0.95bar to +10bar (or -13.775psi to +145psi), with the operating pressure being dependent on the temperature. The minimum bending radius is 8mm, with a flow-relevant bending radius of 16mm, ensuring flexibility without compromising the flow of air through the tubing.
