Anybus by HMS Networks AB7544-F is a gateway designed for protocol translation within the X-gateway series. It supports installation in both vertical and flat positions and features galvanic isolation on both BUS and Ethernet sides. The I/O configuration is manageable via a USB port using the Anybus Configuration Manager software. This device is designed as a POWERLINK device and includes 10 LED indicators for fieldbus, sub-network, and device status monitoring. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made from aluminium and plastic, ensuring durability and resilience. Connection options include 4 x RJ45 connectors for 100Mbit/s Ethernet (half duplex), 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power (X3), and 1 x USB connector (X4) for configuration. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1 and is designed for DIN rail mounting. The communication protocol supported is Ethernet POWERLINK, with a speed of 100Mbit/s. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +65 °C, with a current consumption of 400mA (max) and 200mA (typical). For storage, the ambient air temperature range is -40 to +85 °C. The device is also designed to withstand 5-95% relative humidity (RH; non-condensing).
