AB7566-F HMS Networks Industrial Automation Components

Anybus AB7566-F, part of the X-gateway IIoT series by HMS Networks, is a gateway designed for IIoT applications. It supports vertical or flat installation and features galvanic isolation on both BUS and Ethernet sides. The I/O configuration is manageable via USB port using Anybus Configuration Manager software. This model integrates an Interbus CU slave and OPC UA-MQTT Ethernet dual-port cut-through switch, accompanied by 10 LED indicators for various statuses and a baud rate jumper. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and measures H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made from aluminium and plastic, ensuring durability. Connection interfaces include 2 x RJ45 connectors for 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet (supporting both full and half duplex), 1 x 9-pin D-sub male connector and 1 x 9-pin D-sub female connector for Interbus, 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power, and 1 x USB connector for configuration. It offers an IP20 and NEMA 1 degree of protection and is designed for DIN rail mounting. The AB7566-F supports the INTERBUS and OPC UA communication protocols, operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +65 °C, and consumes a maximum of 400mA current at 24Vdc (200mA typical). It is designed for storage in environments ranging from -40 to +85 °C and can operate in 5-95% relative humidity (non-condensing). The Ethernet speed is 10/100Mbit/s, and the INTERBUS speed ranges from 500kbit/s to 2Mbit/s.
