Anybus by HMS Networks AB7649-F is a gateway belonging to the X-gateway series designed to function as a protocol translator gateway. It supports installation in both vertical and flat positions and features galvanic isolation on both BUS and Ethernet sides. The I/O configuration is manageable via USB port using Anybus Configuration Manager software. This model combines an EtherNet/IP adapter and a PROFINET-IO device, equipped with 8 IP configuration switches and 10 LED indicators for monitoring fieldbus, sub-network, and device status. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made from aluminium and plastic, ensuring durability and resilience. Connection options include 1 x RJ45 LAN connector for 100Mbit/s Ethernet and PROFINET I.O. in full duplex, 2 x RJ45 LAN connectors for 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet/IP in both full and half duplex, 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power, and 1 x USB connector for configuration. The communication protocols supported are Ethernet/IP and PROFINET IO, with an ambient air temperature for operation ranging from -25 to +65°C. The current consumption is 400mA at maximum and 200mA typically, with an ambient air temperature for storage between -40 and +85°C. The speed supported is 100Mbit/s for PROFINET and 10/100Mbit/s for Ethernet, and it can operate in environments with 5-95% relative humidity (non-condensing).
