NIDEC SP2201-EZ is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with an E.Z. Motion module and a single Safe Torque Off (STO) feature, utilizing air cooling. It has dimensions of frame size 2, measuring H15.32" x W6.1" x D8.62" (H389mm x W155mm x D219mm). The supply voltage is AC 200Vac-240Vac (220Vac / 230Vac), with a rated current of 15.5A for Normal duty and 12.6A for Heavy-duty. This wall-mounted device operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates on a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (Supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). The SP2201-EZ features 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc). It also includes 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) with a 16-bit conversion resolution and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 10-bit conversion resolution, along with 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) also with a 10-bit conversion resolution. The rated active power is 4kW for Normal duty and 3kW for Heavy-duty, corresponding to a rated power of 5HP for Normal duty and 3HP for Heavy-duty.
