NIDEC SP2203-EZ is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with an E.Z. Motion module and a single Safe Torque Off (STO) feature, utilizing air cooling. It has dimensions of frame size 2 H15.32" x W6.1" x D8.62" (H389mm x W155mm x D219mm) and operates on a supply voltage of 200Vac-240Vac (220Vac / 230Vac). The rated current is 28A under normal duty and 25A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports the Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates with a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). The SP2203-EZ features 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc). It also includes 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 16-bit and 10-bit conversion resolution respectively, along with 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) with a 10-bit conversion resolution. The rated active power is 7.5kW for normal duty and 5.5kW for heavy-duty, corresponding to a rated power of 10HP under normal duty and 7.5HP / 7-1/2HP under heavy-duty.
