NIDEC SP2401 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size of 2, with dimensions H15.32" x W6.1" x D8.62" (H389mm x W155mm x D219mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac). The rated current is 15.3A for Normal duty and 13A for Heavy-duty, suitable for wall-mounted installations. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. The SP2401 supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol, with a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (Supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). It includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc). The analog inputs consist of 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended), with analog outputs including 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended). The rated active power is 7.5kW for Normal duty and 5.5kW for Heavy-duty, with a rated power of 10HP for both Normal and Heavy-duty operations. It is designed for a 3-phase input network.
