NIDEC SP2402 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size of 2, with dimensions H15.32" x W6.1" x D8.62" (H389mm x W155mm x D219mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac). The rated current is 21A under normal duty and 16.5A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates on a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). The SP2402 includes 3 digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), and is designed for a 3-phase input network. It also features 3 digital inputs (0-24Vdc), 1 analog input (-9.8Vdc to 9.8Vdc; differential), and 2 analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc to 9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 10-bit conversion resolution. Additionally, it has 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc to 10Vdc; single-ended; source) with a 10-bit conversion resolution. The rated active power is 11kW under normal duty and 7.5kW under heavy-duty, with a rated power of 15HP (normal duty) and 10HP (heavy-duty).
