NIDEC SP3401-EZ is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with an E.Z. Motion module and a single Safe Torque Off (STO) feature, utilizing air cooling. This unit, with dimensions of frame size 3 H15.32" x W9.84" x D10.23" (H389mm x W250mm x D260mm), operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac) and offers a rated current of 35A under normal duty and 32A under heavy-duty conditions. It is designed for wall-mounted installation and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C. The SP3401-EZ provides an IP20 NEMA 1 degree of protection and supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol. Its network frequency ranges from 48-65 Hz (supply input) to 0-550 Hz (output), and it features 3-phase input (3P). The device includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 additional digital inputs (0-24Vdc). Analog interface options comprise 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) with a 16-bit conversion resolution and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 10-bit conversion resolution, alongside 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) also with a 10-bit conversion resolution. The rated active power is 18.5kW for normal duty and 15kW for heavy-duty, with a rated power of 25HP for both duty types.
