NIDEC SP3402 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features variable speed/frequency drive functionality within a frame size of 3, measuring H15.32" x W9.84" x D10.23" (H389mm x W250mm x D260mm). The SP3402 operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac) with a rated current of 43A under normal duty and 40A under heavy-duty conditions. It is designed for wall-mounted installation and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C. This model offers an IP20 NEMA 1 degree of protection and supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol. The network frequency ranges from 48-65 Hz (supply input) to 0-550 Hz (output), and it is equipped with 3-phase input (3P). The SP3402 includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc). It also features 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 16-bit and 10-bit conversion resolution respectively, along with 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) with a 10-bit conversion resolution. The rated active power is 22kW under normal duty and 18.5kW under heavy-duty, with a rated power of 30HP for both conditions.
