Pilz PILZ-632087 is a safety light curtain designed for finger protection, capable of detecting 14mm opaque objects. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60 °C and has a net height of 1354 mm. This robust type emitter and receiver pair falls under the PSEN opII4F sub-range and features a 5-pin M12 connector for both the emitter and receiver. The device offers a protective height of 1350mm and is rated with a degree of protection of IP65. It requires a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Constructed with an aluminium housing, zinc end cap, and PC front screen, it has a maximum cable length of 50m, a net width of 35 mm, and a net depth of 40 mm. The sensing distance ranges from 0.2m to 8m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm. Power consumption is max 1.5 W for the emitter and max 2.5 W for the receiver without load. It also features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 16.1ms with beam coding and 91.4ms. The device can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 °C.
