Product description

Pilz PILZ-632089 is a safety light curtain designed for finger protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 14mm. This emitter and receiver pair is part of the PSEN opII4F sub-range and is housed in an aluminium body with zinc end caps and a PC front screen, ensuring durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and offers a protective height of 1650mm. The device connects via 5-pin M12 connectors for both the emitter and receiver, supporting a maximum cable length of 50m. With an IP65 degree of protection, it is safeguarded against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. The PILZ-632089 operates on a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and features a sensing distance from 0.2m to 8m. It utilizes infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm and has a power consumption of maximum 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. The unit's dimensions are 1654mm in height, 35mm in width, and 40mm in depth. It also includes two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 18.7ms with beam coding and 91.4ms.
