Schneider Electric ATV61HC11Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series designed for three-phase networks with a supply voltage range of 425-759Vac, including nominal voltages of 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac. It features variable speed/frequency drive capabilities with U/F ratio customization (2 points / 5 points / energy saving), sensorless flux vector control, and vector control without speed feedback, capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. The design incorporates a built-in EMC filter of class C3, a built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced chemical resistance. The degree of protection is rated at IP20 UL type 1, with dimensions of H1190mm x W340mm x D377mm. It supports wall mounting and uses Modbus and CANopen communication protocols. The output network frequency ranges from 0.1-500 Hz. It includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source) plus 1 additional digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input, and 2 digital outputs (1 C/O SPDT relay contact and 1 NO relay contact), alongside 2 analog inputs (-10...+10Vdc and 0-10Vdc / 0-20mA). The rated current varies with voltage: 136A at 500Vac, 125A at 575Vac and 690Vac, with a maximum current of 163.2A for 60 seconds. Current consumption is specified as 128A at 500Vac, 113A at 600Vac, and 117A at 690Vac. The rated active power is 110kW at 690Vac and 90kW at 500Vac, with a rated power of 125HP.
