Schneider Electric GV7RE25 is a Thermal-Magnetic Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB) and Manual Motor Starter designed for motor protection. This component, part of the GV7RE sub-range, features three poles and provides both short-circuit and thermal protection (overload). It supports a rated current range of 15 - 25 A and has a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 750 V. The GV7RE25 is designed for DIN rail or mounting plate installation, with a net width of 105 mm and operates via a toggle mechanism. Protection settings for short-circuit pickup current are fixed at 25A, with a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 8 kV. It offers rated active power capacities of 11 kW and 9 kW at 400/415Vac, 15 kW and 11 kW at 500Vac, and 18.5 kW and 15 kW at 690Vac. The trip current rating is set at 25 AT, with a frame current rating of 100 AF. Mechanical durability is rated at 50,000 operations without load, and electrical durability at 30,000 operations with load at 440Vac in AC-3 category. Connection is facilitated through screw-clamp terminals, with a rated voltage (AC) phase-to-phase of 690 V. All three poles are protected, supporting a minimum current of 15 A and a maximum of 25 A. The trip unit type is thermal-magnetic, suitable for AC-3 utilisation category.
