Square D by Schneider Electric HJL36150C is a Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) within the PowerPacT HJL sub-range, featuring a PowerPact H-Frame design. This 3-pole (3P) circuit breaker is rated for 150A with a thermal-magnetic trip unit type, fixed over-current protection at 150A, and short-circuit protection settings fixed at 900A hold current and 1700A trip current. It supports a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 750 V, rated voltages of 600Vac, 600Y/347Vac for AC, and 250Vdc for DC, with a rated operating voltage (Ue) of 690 V and a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 8 kV. The device offers thermal protection for overload and magnetic protection for short-circuits, featuring lugs on both load and line sides for connections. It is designed for individual unit mount on plate, with dimensions of 163 mm in height, 104 mm in width, and 86 mm in depth, and provides a degree of protection of IP40. The operating mode is manual toggle, and it has a short circuit breaking rating of 100kA at 240Vac, 65kA at 480Vac and 480Y/277Vac, 25kA at 600Vac and 600Y/347Vac, and 20kA at 250Vdc, all according to UL489 standards.
