Turck LI400P3-Q25LM1-LIU5X3-H1151 is an encoder (linear) from the Q-track Q25 series, designed as a contactless linear inductive positioning sensor. It features a 68mm long mounting foot with a right-angle, free-moving positioning element, and has dimensions of H35mm x W25mm x D458mm. The rectangular-shaped sensor is constructed from an aluminium / plastic PA6-GF30 anodized housing and a plastic PA6-GF30 active area. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor offers protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. It operates on a supply voltage of 15Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. With an IP67 degree of protection, it features a stroke length with 29mm blind zones at both ends, a 1.5mm nominal distance, and a 400mm measurement span. The sensor provides 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA; 12-bit resolution), consumes 50mA of current, and has a 500Hz sampling rate. Measurement accuracy is ensured with a 16-bits resolution (equivalent to 0.007mm / 7μm linear resolution), ≤ 0.02% of full scale repeatability, ≤ +/-0.003% / K temperature drift, and ≤ 0.1% of full scale linearity deviation. It also includes a visual position indicator with green / yellow / yellow flashing LED for multifunction and a green LED for power ON, alongside a 16-bit resolution.
