Turck PS100R-304-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS500 series. It features a programmable relative pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The unit measures pressure in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous units, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. The sensor has a rotatable housing with a 34mm diameter and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port for connection. The operating modes are programmable to be normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), and it features two digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP), short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity protection functions. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, with a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, and it includes time delay functions for both ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50. The sensor supports the IO-Link communication protocol.
