Turck PS100R-304-LUUPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with programmable relative pressure capabilities. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units available in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a rotatable housing design with a diameter of 34mm. It is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port for connectivity. As part of the PS500 series, it offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The cylindrical body shape sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure ranges from 0 to +100bar (0 to +1450psig) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms. It features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc), which can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output. Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, with time delay options for ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
