Wago 750-8208/025-000 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit featuring a range of communication protocols including MQTT, DHCP, DNS, NTP, FTP, FTPS, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, and SSH. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and supports connection types such as 2 x RJ45 connectors for fieldbus, 3 x 9-pin D-sub connectors, and cage-clamp connections for both 2-pin system and 6-pin field. Designed for an extended temperature range, it can operate in ambient air temperatures from -20°C to +60°C and be stored in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. The CPU unit offers a control speed of 10Mbit/s and 100Mbit/s, housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 housing with IP20 protection. It has a net width of 112 mm and supports various communication protocols including Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, CANopen, PROFIBUS DP, RS-232, and RS-485. The unit features a 256MB RAM, 256MB internal flash memory, 128kB non-volatile memory for software, 16MB program memory, 64MB data memory, and 128kB non-volatile memory for hardware. It is part of the PFC200 series, with a shock resistance according to EN 60068-2-27 of --15g and a maximum current draw of 670mA at nominal load and 1700mA for system supply. The programming environment includes WAGO-I/O-PRO V2.3, based on CODESYS V2.3, with configuration options through WAGO-I/O-CHECK and Web-Based Management. The unit also features a real-time Linux operating system with an RT-Preempt patch, an SD and SDHC card slot supporting up to 32GB, and is powered by a Cortex A8 600MHz processor.
