About the product

Banner Engineering PVD100 W/30 is a photo-electric array sensor designed for pallet detection with a diffuse/retro-reflective sensing mode that can be custom set. It operates within an ambient air temperature of +50°C and has a net height of 15 mm. This sensor is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It features a 100mm array length and offers a degree of protection rated at IP62 NEMA 2. The supply voltage required ranges from 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from an aluminium housing with an acrylic clear window, and it measures 30 mm in width and 138 mm in depth. The sensing distance is up to 2m in retro-reflective mode and 400mm in diffuse mode. The light color emitted is green and red, with wavelengths of 525 nm and 625 nm respectively. It includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and supports operating modes of NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed).
