Banner Engineering SLSCP30-1500Q55NT is a safety light curtain from the SLS series, designed with a cascadable feature. This part consists of an emitter and receiver pair housed in aluminum with acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps. It is pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. The device offers a protective height of 1500mm and comes in a yellow housing. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. With an IP65 degree of protection, it has dimensions of 36mm in width, 1569mm in height, and 46mm in depth. The light curtain features a 30mm beam spacing/pitch, two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs), one digital output (24Vdc; sourcing/PNP transistor; 75mA) for auxiliary output, and a sensing distance ranging from 10cm to 18m. The light color is infrared (IR) with a wavelength of 850 nm, and it has a resolution of 30mm for hand detection. Additionally, it includes one digital input (10Vdc-30Vdc) for EDM input, one digital input (10Vdc-30Vdc) for RESET input, and a response time of 27ms / 0.027 s.
